15 checks passed. No blocking defect observed in the tested paths. One minor localization finding.

Low severity: detailed encoding and choice warnings appear in English in the Vietnamese UI. Error toasts for unreadable Word and empty documents are translated correctly.
Raw API error_code payloads and cross-user authorization were not inspected. AI_FAILED, UNKNOWN and DISABLED were not forced. No load, concurrency, long-document or outage tests were run. These results cover the visible beta workflow, not every acceptance criterion.
Draft course sp862-beta-qa-20261031, one chapter, one quiz and one saved synthetic question. Existing courses were not changed.
Harness note: initial fixture creation lost Vietnamese characters in the shell. The fixtures were corrected, verified, and the affected tests rerun. Earlier screenshots 01 and 02 are not included in this gallery.
